Medication administration is performed only by qualified, licensed/certified staff (as per state regulations) following strict protocols: secure storage, accurate documentation (MARs – Medication Administration Records), adherence to the “5 Rights” (Right Resident, Right Medication, Right Dose, Right Route, Right Time), and safe disposal.

Proactive Health Coordination & Communication:

Our staff serve as a central communication hub, actively coordinating with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, and families. They promptly report changes in condition, schedule appointments, manage transportation, and ensure seamless information flow between all care providers.

Keziah, who is also originally from Africa, brings solid medical and health training to the core of the Adult Family Home. With a calm and capable presence, she manages daily operations and makes sure everything runs well behind the scenes. Her focus on detail, compassion, and leadership helps keep the high standards the home is known for. Working with Nick, Keziah plays a vital role in creating a warm, organized, and trusted care environment.
